ESG & sustainability

Verified declarationsthat qualify you to bid.

An Environmental Product Declaration is a verified, standardised report of a product's environmental performance, built on an LCA. We develop and manage verified EPDs, increasingly a condition of bidding in construction, manufacturing and public procurement.

01The work

Formatted for the tenders and schemes your buyers actually use.

LCA-based declarations aligned to EN 15804 and ISO 14025 and the relevant Product Category Rules, independently verified and registered.

We manage the programme-operator relationship and the verification, so the declaration arrives in the format the tender asks for.

02How an EPD is built

Five steps, and the declaration is only valid if all five hold.

  1. 01

    LCA

A compliant ISO 14040/44 assessment underneath it all.

  2. 02

    PCR

The Product Category Rules that make declarations comparable.

  3. 03

    Declaration

Drafted to EN 15804 and ISO 14025.

  4. 04

    Verification

Independently checked by a third party.

  5. 05

    Registration

Published on a programme operator, formatted for the tender.

Unverified declarations do not qualify in tenders or green-building certifications.

03Why it matters

An EPD is not a marketing document. It is a ticket to bid.

Which is why the verification step is the one that matters, and the one that cannot be shortened.
